Chef : Sunitha Ravi Narendran She has not limited her talent only to India but has traveled to different countries like South Africa, Australia, Malaysia doing cookery shows for Televisions. She had also done cookery presentations in UKTV. She was also one of the invited presenters in the MasterClass 2003, Brisbane’s most prestigious annual food event, along with Chef Eric Chavot from London. Post marriage Sunitha moved to Germany and took a break from her profession for 3 years for family reasons. During this break she travelled to different countries exploring different cuisines and food culture. She researched on blending the basic tastes defined by the Ancient Indian Medical science ‘Ayurveda’ with different cuisines and improvising new recipes by adding little variance to the traditional recipes to bring out the savoring taste. |
